Raising & Lifting Concrete
Sunken concrete slabs can be lifted back into place with our two-component polymer foam designed to work in wet or dry conditions. The expansion force of the concrete leveling foam coupled with the pressure of a specialized pump generate enough controlled force to lift virtually any structure back into position with 1/8” precision.
Stabilize Loose Soil, Repair Sinkholes
Unstable, eroded, or loose soil around infrastructure can result in settlement and damage to the structure. Voids can be filled, seawalls remediated, soil consolidated, and water migration halted by permeating the soil with one of the AP series products of ultra-low viscosity polyurethane resins. Once the bearing capacity of the soil has been increased with this process, then the structure can be lifted if necessary.
Polyurethane Crack Injection
Seal Leaks with Polyurethane Crack Injection Resins. Why is Alchemy-Spetec’s polyurethane crack injection critical for leak seal projects? Leaking concrete can be detrimental to safety and property values. The products offered by Alchemy-Spetec deliver the ultimate solution for hairline cracks, gushing leaks and other water stop issues.
A home or commercial building is only as good as the foundation it’s built on. And regardless of how well-constructed a structure may be, most foundations settle. That’s just a fact of life. Shifting soil compaction and many other environmental conditions that tend to cause settling, however, should ideally be stabilized before significant structural damage is done.
Prairie Poly Solutions Inc. is the sister company of Cabronico Contracting Inc. and adheres to the same high standards. We stand behind our work and would never expect our customers to accept work that we ourselves would not accept.
